Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

 

  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING 
  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders. 
  • COD will be charged flat 150/- INR.
  • Normally we would dispatch orders within 5 - 7 days. In some cases if it takes longer time we would inform you regarding the same.
  • Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location. In few locations, delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you.
  • In case you need the product by particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance, we will update you accordingly. 

 

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
  • We ship worldwide.
  • Please choose your shipping zone while placing an order. 
  • We charge flat 1999/- for international orders below 14999/-.
  • Your purchase will be shipped through reliable shipping partner.
  • Please wait upto 3 weeks (20-25 working days) for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs. 
  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you the tracking information.
  • As the recipient, you are liable of all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment to these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

DELAYED/MISSING PARCEL:

  • All our parcels are shipped through trusted courier partners.
  • Incase of delay in the delivery, kindly contact us so we can help figure out why the parcel was delayed.
  • Note that once the product is dispatched from our facility it will take a few days for delivery depending on the delivery location. The period of transit is not in our control and can fluctuate due to unforeseeable reasons. In this case we will not be responsible for your order delay.
  • Some times we offer guaranteed delivery on specific time of particular items but transit time is not in our control and can fluctuate due to unforeseeable reasons. Courier companies will be responsible for delay In this case. we will not be responsible for your order delay.
  • Incase of missing parcel we will dispatch a new piece but due to the sudden mishap the time frame for delivery may vary. Kindly contact us regarding the same.
  • CANCELLATION: 
  • Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. 
  • We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time limit), customer is free to cancel the order and full amount will be refunded in their original mode of payment.

  • EXCHANGE & RETURNS:
  • We offer 7 days after delivery exchange in sizes.
  • If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please send us an email at orders.pinkcactii@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +918000486092. We will generate pick up from our end and get the new peice delivered to you.
  • Please note return shipment cost will be borne by customer which will be informed to you by our team.
  • Exchanges are accepted only once and will be chargeable (₹200).
  • If you are not happy with the product, we can accept the return provided the piece is unworn. Please send us an email at orderes.pinkcactii@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +918000486092. We will generate the pickup from our end refund the amount.
  • The shipping charges of ₹150/- are non refundable.
  • For returns the balance amount will either be added in your Pink Cactii wallet as a credit note or can be sent to your bank account through UPI or netbanking and you will receive a mail for the same.
  • To return an order please write us on orders.pinkcactii@gmail.com.
  • We will not entertain returns any later than 2 days after delivering the product. Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products to avoid returns.
  • Please read item descriptions carefully and note the size guide is the body measurement. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be  close, may not be 100% accurate.
  • In the event of an exchange/return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Please note sale items & custom made items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
